how to install extension

I'm loading a extension from kmext.sf.net

there it is: 

Go to Top|Bottom

quickly go to the top or bottom of a page with this extension.
menu entry: tab button context>page top|page end
extra notes: -
versions supported: 1.1.x - 1.5.x
ive download it from
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/macros/gopagetopend.7z

i just extract all files to my km's dir,then what to do next? ty

If you do right click in a tab button on tab bar, you can found two new options in the context menu: "Page Top" and "Page End"
