Scrollbar size

Is there a way to widen the size of the scrollbar? The default size is quite small and and difficult to click on without pinpoint accuracy. Any help would be appreciated.

The scrollbars displayed I would guess are those of the Mozilla skin, and they pixmap, I think.

So no, not without changing the skin. This problem also applies to the GNU/Linux Galeon browser.
