How make K-Meleon default browser?

Well, I still like this browser best, although someone helped me configure Opera 6.3 and it's okay now. I am ready to make K-Meleon my default browser now -- how? I have an old Windows NT box, and dial-up connection. TIA.

some people have used setbrowser ( http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/freeware/gui/ ) successfully for this, but i'm not sure if it's happy on NT or not; you could check it out. when you use it, uncheck the 'use DDE' boxes...

sorry, that wasn't very well put. to clarify:

if you use it, and get funny results such as opening two windows for viewing a file or URL, etc. then you should uncheck the 'use DDE' box in_the_file_association_itself, not in setbrowser, which has no such checkbox.

Excellent! Downloaded, installed, and changed my default in about 2 minutes. Thanks much. For some reason I couldn't get HTML-Kit to use different browser last night; probably my too tired. (-8
