Where can I get macro commands?

I understand that the user documentation is in the works, but where can I find the macro language reference so I can start buildin' my own macros (besides learning from the examples at the resources page?)

There is more up-to-date macro reference at

(at least $TITLE hs been added)
Besides there are also new macros introduced with Service Pack 1:
