K-Meleon .8 crashes after asking to save prefs

after i added, "user_pref("nglayout.initialpaint.delay", 0)" it started crashing. even if i removed it. it still crashes

build 844 crashes a lot when it is closed.

My specs: XP Pro,1.8 Ghz,512 RAM,Cable Connection, "Stand-alone P>C."

I can't say of 844 yet, I've only had it for a couple of hours, but it has worked beautifully so far. However, 833 which I had previously used to crash quite often, and often I got an "illegal operation" when closing it... (Win98)

Ok, after a moment more of browsing, the same problems seem to continuein 844. KM occasionally crashes, with an illegal operation dialogue, when clicking on a link or closing.
