my home page is Altavista. However, when the site comes up, the Altavista logo is missing. I just see a block that says "Altavista." There doesn't seem to be any way to make the logo appear on the home page. Any ideas? Thanks -- Karen

the logo is shown alright here, from www.altavista.com (US).

Which KM version? Any other sites with .gifs not showing?

If you click the logo's address directly, is it shown?
If you copy the address into IE, is it shown there?
Have you checked the settings in F2 -> Page Display -> Images(tab) yet?

btw. this should be moved to "General"

F2 / Page display / Images or hit F9 to toggle image display.

p.s. You probably hit F9 by accident.
