You do not have to install flash.
You can put the plugin into K-Meleon/plugins folder.

There is a patched flash plugin at the K-Meleon extension site

Another possibility might be default plugin pro. AFAIK it offers download if a plugin does not exist.

Sure.

No need to uninstal, K-Meleon will always prefer to use the plugin that is in his plugins folder. He will use it and not the one installed somewhere else.

BTW. This can be used for other plugins too. K-Meleon will prefer the plugin in his folder and fall back onto another plugin installed e.g. in programs if some mimetype is not supported by it.


p.s. If You use the installed flash plugin writes flash cookies. For this reason some ppl recommend a flash plugin that is not installed with flash but a solitary flash dll in k-meon/plugins.
