In IE and Netscape it is possible to change the colors that visited and unvisited links are shown in. Is there a way to do this in k-meleon. I can't find it.

Stan

These are in about:config or paste them in user.js in the new Preferences>Settings panel.

user_pref("browser.anchor_color", "#0000EE");
user_pref("browser.visited_color", "#FF00FF");

enjoying v0.8

hi Stan, user.js: is in used profile. U best find its location via Edit menu, Pereferences, General or via Edit menu, Configuration at the bottom "Profile directory".

Remember location & open with editor - user.js is the place for permanent, never changing modifications. The settings in this file overrule all other setting, configuration files! Experianced ppl migrate this file to to newer k-m,FFox or SeaMonkey when they update(all Geckos have user.js-I place my speed tweaks there).

Alternative: Type about:config hit entern the paste: browser.anchor_color and then browser.visited_color into filter field and manipulate color there works also
but sets values only to prefs.js which is less powerfull.

hi boogomatic - i still use 0.8.2+ by Dorian sometimes. All 0.8 are good and sturdy.
