I am unable to open farmville on the browser, I just insttalled it and found out that the flash is npot getting loaded.

Install or activate Flash by Macromedia for Mozilla browsers / not the same plugin as for IE.
Alernative download at the K-Meleon Extension pages. Download, unpack & place the alternative to C:\program files\K-Meleon\plugins\NPSWF32.dll.
