Download the hexed flash dll from here:
http://www.datafilehost.com/download-88c9190c.html
Unextract the file from the 7 zip archive, then rename it from
NPSWF32_10.3.183.18_Hex.dll
to
NPSWF32.DLL
and copy it into K-Meleon's plugin folder.
IF Flash won't let you revert to an earlier version, then modify registry keys as follows:
First, uninstall (both installations if you have IE activeX also).
Next, delete this registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\FlashPlayer\SafeVersions
If that still won't work, delete
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia
This would be a better option because it will remove the last installation version keys.

Disrupted was the one who started all this (I believe) and I have just been continuing with the Hex routine.
What it does is simple.... you change the way Flash runs. Normally when you are done viewing a flash file, it is discarded, but with the hex, the file is saved in your windows temporary folder with an extension of TMP.... all you have to do is change it back to FLV and you then have a saved flash video.

tested printing Flash on XP without problems.
Is 11.x.x.x only for Vista/Seven and newer?
nope. you can also use Flash Player 11.x on a WinXP computer, deadlock.
even flash player 11.3 beta can be installed on XP as I've checked its release notes.
it's just that you need a superfast CPU (2.33Ghz minimum - I assume pentium 4 or greater).
my XP computer uses a 1Ghz intel pentium 3 processor - not fast enough to handle flash 11.

I didn't care for speed (no big difference here).
If you can print Flash content with 11.x.x.x, then
it failed for me because of outdated DirectX,
video drivers or another OS component.
And I'm sure it's not a browser bug.
