I just installed K-Meleon. It's VERY fast. How do I get everything to open in layers, like as in a new tab for each item. I thought I had it, but then I must have done something wrong, and now I have to revert to the back and forward buttons.

Shakushinnen, I should add that that does not give you a new tab every single time, the way you can set tabs using Tabbrowser Preferences in Firefox if you want. This setting gives you a new tab, depending on the location criteria. Someone else can explain exactly what that criteria is. . . .

or hit F2 - on opened kmprefs-window near the bottom are settings for layer plugin.
I do not use the setting layers only but AFAIK Dorian does.

Fast: yes k-m has less XUL/chrome than FFox & makes use of native windows-widgets.
Result: k-m uses less RAM than FFox and a little more cpu time.
This mixture is optimum under average usage habbits on many PC.
