i have desktop items from internet explorer which i can no longer click on since i switched to k-meleon. does anyone know how to switch these over ?

i get an eroor message and it says windows cannot find the web site for the icon.

You might try this. Right click on the desktop icon and open properties. Change the "Opens with" item from IE to KM.
