search engine with nickname

It would have been nice if we could have given a nickname to serach engines that we can just just type in the urladdress the nickname followed by the word to be searched. (like "g test" for searching 'test on google' or "y test" for searching it on yahoo.)

This will also be helpful for substituting long urls with shortened urls from such online services by saving the providers url with a nickname.

Is such a feature possible like in myIE or greenbrowser, where while saving the search engine url, the word to be searched is substituted with '%s'.

Thanks

Thanks. That was real cool and fast. I did'nt find it since it was not available in help files. In the help menu only the old user manual is coming. I think that all these should be consolidated. May be the developers are short of time.

It makes my feeling that K-meleon is the best with minimal but all essential features is coming true.

Thanks.
