How do I associate k-meleon with flash player?

You only need to download the correct version of flash player. When you access to the Flash Player download page it automatically detects your browser and so it downloads the appropiate version.
Simply go here with K-Meleon and download it, then install the file (basic installation, just double click over the file, no installer, no instructions and no menu. And that's all you need.

If it appears on spanish just click where it says "Descargar ahora mismo", don't be afraid, you'll be downloading the standar version, not an spanish one.
Hum, as the question is asked, I think he wants to associate the extension of flash files with K-Meleon.
It must be made in this case in explorer. On a flash file, just Shift-right-click > Open with and choose K-Meleon.
