Does K-Meleon support icons for all the folder views in Windows? I have filetype HTML associated with K-Meleon.exe but I only get KM icons on views for icon, list, and list details. The views for thumbnails and tiles still show IE icons. The KM icon for icon view is larger than the one for list and list detail view. Looks like a third size, even larger, is needed for thumbnail and tile view.
