Is there a way, like in Firefox, to remove the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder (BTF) from the Bookmarks menu?

In FF, users can remove the BTF from the Bookmarks menu using an entry in userChrome.css:

Yes, I realize K-M does not use a userChrome.css file. But is there a K-M way in which to remove the BTF from the Bookmarks menu?

You can try with this option from about:config;

kmeleon.plugins.bookmarks.maxMenuLength

Change number to 0 (20 by default).

I have no idea how that is related to my post. I tried the mod anyway and as expected, I saw no change in my Bookmarks menu.

I'm sorry, I didn't read good.
You can delete it in Bookmarks -> Edit, select BTF and press mouse rigth click, now select Delete option.
But if you delete it, this folder not will showed in bookmark toolbar neither.
