A native version for Linux is not planned, but
I have been using K-Meleon in Linux for years
with the wine emulator.
Information about K-Meleon with wine in Ubuntu
can be found here :

It was written for an older Ubuntu version, but
is still usable for the recent versions.

All versions (1.5.4, 1.6.0b2 and 1.7.0a) are usable.

To use 1.7.0a, it's necessary to use a shell which must be located in the K-Meleon main folder:

#!/bin/bash

cd "~/wine/Program Files/K-Meleon"
env WINEPREFIX="/home/[user]/.wine" wine ./k-meleon.exe $1

You must obviously adapt it to your config
