You must remember that K-Meleon is based on Seamonkey (1.1.8) files not Firefox (2.0.0.12).
A new version of K-Meleon (1.1.4) is building with new Gecko engine 1.8.1.12 version.

You wait a litle time.

Yes, I know. Not suggesting anything other than that FF has some bugs and a bugfix.

Seamonkey 1.1.8 has also been released, so all of the most-recent updates should be available to the K-Meleon developers.

Apparently, the traversal vulnerability is still problematic in FF 2.0.0.12 unless you install noscript.
