Is there a way to get KM to go to a URL for mailto: links in webpages?

Many thanks

You can, when entering a webmail as default mail client, send pages or link to the webmail, but I haven't had tried it.

For opening a mailto link in a webmail, I don't know if this feature works.

You can try:

Options > Mail & News > Mail Config

A+

Mozilla/5.0 (x11; U; Linux x86_64; fr-FR; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Ubuntu/12.04 K-Meleon/76.0

Mail : alain [dot] aupeix [at] wanadoo [dot] fr

Ubuntu 12.04 - Gramps 3.4.9 - Harbour 3.2.0 - Hwgui 2.20-3 - K-Meleon 76.0 rc

Thanks Alain

I have tried typing in http://www.[my webmail] in Tools > Mail and News > Configure Mail but it opens the default Windows client. I can't find a way of getting XP to open a URL instead of an application. I wish I could get KM to override the Windows settings and open the setting in Config Mail instead.

Somewhere on this forum, there's a thread I recall vaguely where someone explains how to do this... Sorry I can't help more, but you have to dig deeper. :s

Thanks - I found a couple of registry hacks, but I think I might be nearly there, if someone can just show me the last step...

If I change the file association of mailto: to "C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\k-meleon.exe" %1 in File Types, I can get KM to open when I click on a mailto link. Unfortunately , it opens hundreds of windows! Is there a way of opening only one window, and sending it to my webmail URL?
