since the time i began to use kmeleon vession 1.6.0 betaversion it has been easy.But i found out watching online video,bbc news or other online televion with adobe flash is a problem.I tried down load some video but after downloading it worked.But what can one do to watch live programme ?.Will older version of kmeleon support online video

Please, this is for all who come to request any kind of help: post samples and detailed explanation of the problem.

BBC.co.uk, if you are meaning this, cause you don't post a sample, and may be extensible to other TV broadcasts, tend to put an ad previous to the actual video.

This is a problem for some gecko browsers if you are blocking those ads (in my particular case, by hosts file). They aren't able to reach the actual video "behind" the ad. The only site, I know, that has an ad before the video and, even blocking them, shows the video, is YouTube (edit: and maybe Yahoo videos).

For the rest, Opera or Internet Explorer is the only way. And don't ask me why, I have no idea, but all of us can imagine the problem...: sites programmed for some browsers and expecting some responses from them.

Check if you have content-blockers enabled in Preferences-Content Filters.

If Flashblock and CSS Ad-blocking are checked - uncheck them and try load video again.

All your links are working properly (some links on adthenet require vShare-plugin that is not available for KM but pure flashvideo links work well).

You need to update flash plugin (may be this link would be useful?) and try again.

And more, I haven't any file in K-Meleon/plugins folder but I can watch all flash as player is installed in my system and KM (any from my signature) recognizes and uses it.
So you can try to install standalone FlashPlayer and have fun.

Period.I even explained thourally exactly what the problemwas,then I even took the advice offered,(as in up-grading the flash),did it,gave you a play by play as to how I performed that install,and.......
I was told I(and I quote) "....give up to easy..."

for the whole house and new user that find it difficult to watch youtube and other online tv just follow the link but first check if content filter is unblocked ifnot unblock it (some links on adthenet require vShare-plugin that is not available for KM) but pure flashvideo links work well.
