Where can I download a unicode version of the IE favorites plugin?
Or is there unicode alternative?

Try K-Meleon 1.5a2 - that's a unicode build.

I tried 1.5a2 unicode build, but it still cannot handle unicode IE favorites.
Who can recompile this plugin in unicode?
