I downlaoded K-meleon yesterday, and would like to have it as default browser fpr opening links in Thunderbird mails. But this seems impossible, whatever I do, the links are opened in IE 7. I have tried to set K-meleon as defaul in control panel\add remove\set program access and defaults, but the settings always somehow seem to jump back to IE. Any suggestions?

Your system OS did not accept the the automatic setting as default protocol handler.
Now You got to do it by hand while You are Administrator.
