Rearrange Toolbars

Is it possible to rearrange the toolbars on K-Meleon 1.5? I would like to move where the Location bar and the tabs buttons are located. I thought this was possible in previous versions.

View -> Toolbars -> Lock Toolbars, and unlock it to you can move it.
