I was looking more close on the security and delete in the browser and i can`t find out how to delete history?

There is a "Clear" button in the Preferences dialog, in History, under Browsing.

2 additional possibilties, Tools > Privacy > Delete Data > ...History whatever

& IMHO the most convenient: I have Privacy Bar activated > View > Toolbars...
The Privacy Bar of my default skin is edited so that it shows only the buttons of items that I want to clear (does not show e.g. Passwords to clear). An initial ca. 10 minutes for preparation & all was accessible and to my liking at button click.

You can delete history in menu View -> History -> Clear History
or right click over History button in toolbar and select "Clear History" option.
