On some of the screenshots the toolbar has an IE style font size button. This doesn't seem to be on my install, any idea as to what is wrong?
Similarly, i have no links bar (although it should be easy to set one up through configs)

Malcolm,
Early versions of K-Meleon (back in 2000) showed this button but it wasn't functional. The button is no longer part of the toolbar and this functionality isn't available. However, we have had requests for this improvement so future versions may include this feature if the developers can get that to work.
