AFAIRemember K-Meleon 0.7 was translated to Asturian.
p.s. enaitzjga, technically You are correct since languages whose speakers can communicate with each other without any special training of the other language (e.g. in school) are called dialects.
In some regions that have a historically old and great cultural traditions (e.g. Spain, South France) there are several exceptions to this rule. A language that had a written literature at 1000/1200 will stay a langauge and never become a dialect.
No matter whether it is a rural dialect now
In 1906 or so some liguistic research has shown that Asturian is language.
