can i transplant the ADBLOCK plugin into ccf verson which uses the core of 1.5B2?

coolwulf's newest 0.9version uses the core of 1.5B2, so, can i transplant the ADBLOCK plugin into it, and how?

K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 RC3 now has adblock plus plugin included.
