K-Meleon 1.5.2 closes itself when XP DEP is enabled in a Dell 1520.

try to run km with norestrict paramater..
in kmeleon's shortcut properties(the one you normally use to run km) add:- norestrict

e.g:

c:\program files\kmeleon\kmeleon.exe -norestrict

also check DEP properties if DEP option"only thos i select" is selected, you'll need to add kmeleon to the list

right click on my computer and select properties
in system properties>click on advanced tab
under advanced>performance,visual effects etc> click on settings button
in performance settings>click on data execution prev. tab
select:
turn on DEP for essential windows program and services

if you prefer option 2: only for programs i select then:
click on add button and browse to k-meleon.exe

else> restart

all this ofcourse requires you to be logged with admin privileges
