Is it possible to set the default zoom (for texts only) to lets say 200%?

Menu Bar > Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Fonts > Minimum Font Size.
AFAIK that is not a zoom but it prevents text fonts to become too small for You.
AFAIK the setting creates an "! important;" entry into "User-Defined Style Sheet".
You can access that CSS via Submenu of "Edit > Configuration".

p.s. If You need more? You can/must set individual font sizes via css.
An example I recently observed: the convenient size values for Latin/Cyrillic etc. fonts (13) differ from e.g. Chinese/Japanese fonts (18) and some other fonts (?).
