Possible updates for adblock+ of K-MeleonCCF ME? cmau

Currently we have a nice working version of adblock+ for K-MeleonCCF ME. Thanks to works from cmau!

However current version still has some limitations:

1) not support for subscriptions
2) such abp rules not working in this version like:

#DIV(id^=ad_)
#DIV(class^=ad_)

Possible updates for adblock+?

An update:

Next version will have an updated Adblock plus panel which can import Adblock plus subscription rules directly.
