It's not a contextual menu entry with a macro, but an external tool which take the parameter passed by K-Meleon when left clicking on a link (in fact it's a file in a temp local folder), change the path style from windows to linux, and then send the linux command with the right linux path/file.
It works for all the files having a 'content type' value in the registry (doc, xls, wav, mp3, .... all what you may imagine, without having to create a macro for a file type and another for another file type, and it can be global for one profile or for all the profiles of the same Linux user.
This extension restore in fact a basic function which doesn't work under Linux.
My problems were due to the missing 'content type' registry entries.

In fact it was due to a K-Meleon bug (when ask each time is checked, it doesn't work, else it's ok). So no need to import reg files. Ouf !!!
