Where does it state which version of Firefox or SeaMonkey that any given version of K-Meleon is based on? I'm asking from the standpoint of browser security...
One cause of concern, is that on teh browserscope.org Security test, the 1.6 beta only got 8/17 tests passed--other browsers (not even the newest versions of FF and Chrome got 13-16 out of 17.
KM 1.6 branch is based on FF 3.5 (Gecko 1.9.1)
KM 1.7 branch is based on FF 3.6 (Gecko 1.9.2)
Fred's hybrid builds use components from different minor versions of FF or SeaMonkey as reflected in build 'name'
