I'm using k-Meleon CCF ME0.095, so I got some questions
1.how to make it only remember the website I typed at URL, now it's remembering all webs I clickde on webpage and searched
2.how to cancle the icons on tabs customized by website itself

Set this preferences in your KM profile prefs.js file:

user_pref("kmeleon.favicons.show", false);
user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.behavior", 2);

I've soveled the matter about icons, thanks so much, but still have dufficult with URL's drop-down list, I did't find "kmeleon.MRU.behavior", but got this one-

"pref("kmeleon.urlbar.dropdown_lines", 10); // To not set by default"

is that about this problem? if it is, how to set it, if not, where is the "kmeleon.MRU.behavior", thanks for ur reply!

Go to EDIT - CONFIGURATION - BROWSER CONFIGURATION and use a filter as "kmeleon.MRU".

You can add the line to pref.js file in your KM profile folder.
(With all K-Meleon instances closed)

You can always use old fashioned / but always working = edit & paste/insert prefs by hand.

user.js ( highest master file - only a human can change this via editor!)
or
prefs.js (normal master file that overrules default settings).

& insert user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.behavior", 2); = like desga2 said.

AFAIK (As far as I know) that procedure creates a value & sets it.

p.s. IF that does not work.It might be a bug.
& We try to ask devs (Dorian & kko & Hao for Your version) 4 for advise-nfo.
