How to un-Delete cookie Permanently?

Just started using KM, trying to get the hang of it.

I was looking at the cookie settings and deleted some cookies permanently. It looks like once i delete permanently, the cookie can not return. OOPS. How do I change this?

I tried searching, but didn't find much. I checked the hostperm file, but it isn't in there. Cookies.txt isn't the answer. What do I need to change?

Have a look at F2 or Preferences > Privacy and Security > General > Exceptions.

I am not English - & do not know what You want to do.
Guess remove block from this site?

Hostperm.1 is my cookies file name.

hostperm.1 in your K-Meleon profile folder is your file searched.
For example I deleted permanently this cookie from K-Meleon cookie manager: (text showed from cookies.txt file)
www.facesaerch.com	FALSE	/	FALSE	1251744719	predictad_storage1	paris%20hilton

This action created a hostperm.1 file in my K-Meleon profile folder with this content and deleted above code line in cookies.txt:
host	cookie	2	www.facesaerch.com

In resume this action only block the cookies from the URL domain.

You can do it as guenter said with the Preference panel.
