Bad news!
Guess You searched all possible locations in user %apdata% subfolder K-Meleon or Mozilla (if You use hand updated with Seamonkey files) and such?
Did you also inspect the found files with an editor - e.g. notepad?
If even this is empty or does stop without much ... - info, all is gone.
Info might be in the files created by scandisk.
You would search after short strings from the bookmarks header.
That are before the data.

<H3 PERSONAL_TOOLBAR_FOLDER="true" ID="NC

Then come data structures (mine contain banned items - forum does not accept them)
They are the lines of a data list with info.
The bookmark lines start with:
<A
The list ends/is terminated with

If You find complete data lines in scandisk files You can insert them in such a frame.
Else You make the browser jump to the places by extracting and inserting the links into the url bar and bookmark them new.
A lot of work. Worth it?
This is how K-Meleon as browser sees the beginning of a new normal bookmarks file.
