I do have a lot more than 512 Favorites. How can i disable the warning, without getting the error message all the time??

Unfortunately you are one of the few people with an ungodly amount of favorites. The error message was just a quick-fix to give us time to come up with a better solution. Look for that in the upcoming versions.
