No - K-Meleon is no Firefox.

You would export Firefox bookmarks as html and reuse them. Copy the exported bookmarks.html to K-Meleons profiles folder.

For some older Firefox versions You can also reuse Passwords file but not with current version & I do not know how to transfer passwords with current versions.

& You did not tell Your FF version...

I do not know how to transfer passwords from 3.5.2.
It uses another method (sqlite?).

Yes all my bookmarks except the three newest are in folders.grinning smiley

But I do not know whether firefox exports them that way. Mine are from K-Meleon.
You will not have Firefox favicons (which Firefox may store in the bookmarks.html) K-Meleon uses the old Netscape bookmarks.html convention and associates the icons he really visited to the bookmark's url.
