I downloaded, and installed the KM Homepage Speed Dial, but can't find it......??? Anyone with any Help?

Hi Dana, since you're native english (I think?) and probably don't need translations very often: do you have discovered also the Translation tool...? If perhaps not, just mark some text with the mouse, then right-click on Translation, choose TO and FROM languages. I'm always surprised how especially well this works with russian!
That said, if not the general meaning but specific words are required, it still needs a bit of imagination, due to often existing different words with similar meaning...
I'd tell you the exact ones here, but don't have that extension myself, sorry ;-)

You only need change your "Load home page" at startup (Preferences F2) to set the html file named "speeddial.htm" in your K-Meleon\speeddial\ folder.
