You can use an external download manager if you like. Look here:

you can also use the downthemall extension as an integrated(xul) downloadmanager in kmeleon..using it, you will be able to use one window for all your downloads/queue/pause and resume your downloads later even after you close kmeleon

C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\Wackget

this registry file (called wackget.reg) will add settings to your computer.

I'm using K-meleon and I'm just wondering why when I download file I don't have active menu with run option; Just SAVE or CANCEL???

thats nde.. i don't use wackget but this is a good idea. alain has made a wackget extension..the regkey can be utilised with the macro

gabrielle, what kind of file?

check in km preferences> browsing>file handling>by type
and make sure there's no plugin associated to handle this file format..if there is, you can change action to ask to save/open prompt
