Since I have been using K-Meleon I have had Chambers Dictionary on the bookmarks bar. I prefer it to Websters & others & the 21st century dictionary, biographical dictionary & its thesaurus are very useful.

The favicon however until today was the usual (Phoenity) generic blue square with an orange star. Today I clicked on the dictionary & the favicon has changed to a bright red square with a white 'C' (for Chambers I should imagine).

This is a good thing but does anyone know why this has happened today?

Oh, I forgot to mention I was customising the Klassic skin.

In EDIT - PREFERENCES - GUI APPEARANCE - GENERAL there is an item called "Display website icons". Perhaps you checked that box and it was not checked before.

I always use the setting that stores favicons. They are not stored from all sites.

My guess a site bug?

p.s. I currently use a PhoenityAura variant skin.
I observed it with other skins too.
