Does anyone know why the "bookmarks" does not show in the top menu in Windows 2000? I see "File, Edit, View, Tools, Help" but no Bookmarks.

-> F2 -> K-Meleon Plugins -> Netscape Bookmarks -> check "Enable Netsc....", restart K-M ?

Already checked. Unchecked and rechecked with restart and still nothing.

Are you checked bookmarks.dll file is in \kplugins KM subfolder?

Problem is fixed in 1.7

Bookmarks in K-Meleon 1.6a4 is showed in menu bar and works fine to me in my Win2K SP4.

are you using win2000 with sp4 + kb891861 ur1 (update rollup 1) installed?

Yes I am. I had no problems with the latest release, however.

drat. I'm with desga2 as the "bookmarks" feature of KM 1.6.0a4 DOES show up and work as expected on my relative's Win2000 SP4 computer (w/ KB89861 UR1).

missing or corrupted msvcp80.dll & msvcr80.dll files perhaps, gman2083?

maybe so but current KM 1.7a crashes everytime after closing the KM 1.7a browser window. so do NOT use KM 1.7 alpha yet because it's not yet stable enough for everyday use.
