Hello

I'm using the latest Kmeleon and flash is not working (youtube,dailymotion)...I have Flash installed, but I don't know how to do it for Kmeleon. This problem occured a couple of days ago. On my XP machine with the same version of Kmeleon, flash videos are working, on my work machine it's just a black box where the video should be.

If you see an small box telling the "Version information" flash is working.


If so, make sure you have javascript disabled because if it is disabled is the reason that dailymotion or youtube show only a black box.

you mean javascript enabled, not disabled.
it has to be turned on for flash to work.

I know it sounded weird, but it's what I meant

If the behavior described was happening, make sure javascript is disabled.

I was telling to check that javascript was disabled.

And then I explained that if it was disabled almost any flash site won't work.

I know, I know, absolutely scrambled. But any reader should understand

If you saw the black box then flash is working. you just checked it that javascript is disabled or not.
