KM NX by Fred -- files required

I have download UKemeleon version by Fred (KM NX last version). The files mfc71u.dll, msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll are required for W7. Where can I found them in a sure place? THKS. o.O

This is the SP1 update, as known as DTS 2007, for the original package of C++ 2003. Unable to install on W7 environment because previous version is needed o required.
