Language support for any language is not programmed into K-Meleon's code in any way. English is however used in the definition files for menu items.

One of the first things Dorian did many years ago was to move the translation out of the code into separate files that can be translated by native speaking users that can work with an editor and a resource hacker - and can speak one language that already has a translation.

So the project would need a native speaker of Turkish to do it.

p.s. You can get technical assistance and advice by other translators but a Spanish, French or German translator can not help You with the Turkish translation of the words.
