IMHO he wanted to know that.
Problem. Vista SP2, Win7 and XP SP3 do not use the registry keys that the old setdefault.exe knows and that were used by previous versions or updates.
Maybe try with the ones updated by deadlock and placed at this site:
http://dhost.info/kmeleonskins/.KM1.6b3/base/
Else set them manually.
