I got and outdated certficate error when attempting translate this article at google translate. I tried to translate from the url since this is a laptop and it is too difficult to cut and paste text.

I couldn't resolve this error, because when I attempted to make exception by clicking the continue box, the continue box wouldn't work.

I had the same problem briefly, it seems without explicit instructions K-M was trying to go to http translate google rather than https translate google :O

BUT, just for laughs, check in about:config that you have the following values:

security.ssl.allow_unrestricted_renego_everywhere__temporarily_available_pref;false

security.ssl.enable_alpn;false

security.ssl.require_safe_negotiation;true
security.ssl.treat_unsafe_negotiation_as_broken;true

security.ssl3.dhe_dss_camellia_128_sha;false
security.ssl3.dhe_dss_camellia_256_sha;false

security.ssl3.rsa_fips_des_ede3_sha;false

security.ssl3.rsa_seed_sha;false

security.tls.version.max;3
security.tls.version.min;1

This will make sure you have TLS in place which will work with most websites except Australian Federal and State Government sites. These can't afford the server and hardware upgrades...

I assume you've got at least all the Service Packs for your OS?
