as title, i wanna open multiple KM with different profiles,any ideas?

On the command line where you open KM add the following string:

-new

i.e. path k-meleon.exe -new

F2 > GUI Appearance (=on top) ==> Field "window title"
if that's what you mean? Showing KM version and profile name there is a real help for people testing multiple versions.
