Hello: I want K-Meleon 1.7 dB remember username and password, as does the version 1.6: you can add any file version 1.6 in version 1.7, it works perfectly except that bug: Thank you!
No working password manager in any 1.7-assembly.
It's broken. Use LastPassLite instead. But you need to fix something like described here in order to LastPassLite work properly in 1.7.
Next KM Twin will include fixed extension out of the box.

Almost forgot how to get it working.
The 1.7a/a2 came without password support in GRE.
The updated variations use GRE without KM modifications,
with large xul.dll taken from other Mozilla browsers.
There is no problem with 1.7a2 program or plugins,
Password support works, if you compile a new GRE
with password support for K-Meleon.
I think it was part of wallet.dll/wallet.xpt.

Thanks for your advice: I probe all versions of K-Meleon and unfortunately the K-Meleon manufacturers are losing valuable time: while garbage browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, and many more still Qupzilla attracting more and more users every day many users like me we miss the chance to enjoy K-Meleon 1.7 dB: a perfect version, works like the gods, but the only problems are that should enable to Set Default installation and enable user and password to remember, as in other versions: Bring out once version 1.7 db, which is the end of the world! Finally, please tell me how I install and compile a new GRE
