Groups - still possible ??

Just to be clear - I am very accustomed to session saving from using FF.

I have also found the groups function in Pocket K-Meleon to be a wonderfully useful thing.

Perhaps the session function is just groups, renamed & intended to totally replace it...not knowing the history of this change makes me curious.

So I ask:
Is that function totally gone in the newer versions ??
Is it just hidden someplace ??
Can it be restored somehow by macro or extension or something ??

Thanks for any education about this stuff.

Interesting that you should ask this question at this time. I was just about to begin a thread in the extensions forum about Tabs, and Groups is to be included.

Groups2 is a macro which allows the user to save all the current tabs and assign them a group name. There are many options included with Groups2. One can export and import the groups, load a group or several groups of tabs, and integrate groups to Hotlinks.

You can obtain the Groups2.7z file here:

My new thread on tabs is now in the Extensions Forum.

Glad to have been of help.
