might be helpful.

That's not what I'm asking for. I'm asking for something that does what the F5 key does on a page every so often (like how Opera does it).

There is a refresh/refresh button and if you right-click that there is a menu. One item on the menu is "continuous reload". If you choose that then you will be asked for the interval you wish. If you don't use the buttons, then look under VIEW - RELOADING.
